🧪Students in Ms Tatlock's Year 8 Science class have been exploring chemical reactions through a summative design practical.
Students designed and conducted their own investigations, choosing to create either elephant toothpaste or vegetable starch plastic using everyday ingredients. Those who created elephant toothpaste investigated factors affecting reaction time, while those making biodegradable plastics will allow their samples to dry before testing their strength using Newton meters. 🎵 Congratulations to Year 11 student Teesha S on the release of her original song, Adelaide Blues 🎵
Inspired by the beauty of Adelaide, Adelaide Blues captures the relaxed atmosphere of our coastal and seaside lifestyle through its sound and imagery.
Teesha produced the track herself, with the vocal recording and tracking completed here at Seaview, with the support of our Music team. The project forms part of Teesha's Year 11 SACE studies and showcases her creativity and talent, as an emerging artist.
We are incredibly proud of Teesha's achievement and the way she has transformed her passion for music into a professionally released recording.
